I have had sessions with Alex for a few months and over the time he has been a huge help with me during my A levels for both school related help and mental health help. Overall it's been a big help for me and I appreciate all that he has done.

I was almost in despair after my 14 year-old, very bright, somewhat-neurodiverse son started to struggle in one of his best subjects, chemistry, after a change of teacher.  By sheer luck I chose Alex for a trial of tuition and we are so glad we did.  He is not only a gifted teacher who is able to relate an academic subject to real-world stories and experiences but he also connected with my son in a way that made him feel that his tutor understood him and was listening to him.  As a result, our son's end-of-year exam result was excellent and he is predicted a 9 at GCSE.  What's more, his school subject teacher commented on his new enthusiasm for the subject in class and his improved engagement at school.  Well done, Alex -you are the teacher we all wish we'd had - we will definitely be retaining your services!
